DIMITRI THOUZERY - is a new media artist, interactive and immersive experience designer, he has been working in the field of art and design for over a decade and since 2017 is going deeper into the world of new media art.

He likes to explore new ways for interactivity, using various sensors and database to create new user experiences. He see in those new system a way for the user to connect to something universal and to question the reality.

SYNOPSIS:

APOCRYPHAL JOURNEY: This video is an illustration of the instalation of the same name by the artist Dimitri Thouzery, first time shown at the Atmosphere exhibition organised by 36 Degrés in Paris in june 2021.

Janus, roman god of the begginings, of the passage and the doors. He has two faces, one turn to the past, the other toward the futur.

It's from this divinity that the artwork is inspired, by projecting our own image into a pointcloud.

An invitation to enter into a digital and poetic world.
