ISABEL PEREZ DEL PULGAR - Born in Granada (Spain) with residence in France since 2015. Degree in Geography and Stories with the specialty of Art by the University of Granada. SYNOPSIS:

The machine is a system of systems. And the system is an ordered module of elements. All of this make up a body, a machinery that functions to the extent that there is integration and coordination between all the ordered systems that make it up. For this coordination it is necessary the acceptance, by each element that builds the system, of its role within the gear that moves the machinery. Control, submission, acceptance. Each element is monitored and monitored.

Symptoms of a pan-optical machinery, which creates and sustains a power relationship without relevance in the element that exercises it. In this way the power remains faceless that identifies it, being blurred. Given the general appearance that each element, individualized, is conducted in full freedom of choice, under the surveillance of a great eye that sees and controls everything. The Black mirror.

SYNOPSIS:

There are problematic contemporary debates about the meaning of free will. The ability to make decisions and carry them out with a certain degree of control. The actual existence of this control to decide with autonomy and individuality is questioned, as this capacity depends on learning, on socialisation. We choose on desires and beliefs that already exist or have been imposed, conditioned by cognitive, situational, contextual, emotional, genetic, cultural factors. .... So do we really act according to our motives, desires and beliefs, are we spectators or arbiters of our own lives, or players doing what we can?

The differences between a human and an android is that the latter is a machine devoid and incapable of consciousness and free will. Created with specific functions for a specific activity. But isn't there an instrumentalisation and indoctrination of the human being so that he or she acts, produces and consumes within a determined socio-political gear? Wouldn't the awareness of one's own reality and freedom to decide be a simulation, and therefore, wouldn't an android be the simulation of a simulation? Are we not looking at the image of a human dreaming an android or an android dreaming a human?.
